The Crystal Princess is here.

After years of working towards this release, today is the day I get to share the crystal world I began building when I was a teenager.

After years of working towards this release, today is the day I get to share the crystal world I began building when I was a teenager.

The story started as fanfiction when I was sixteen. I never finished writing it, but it never left me. Years later, it came back during a long drive through the Appalachian Mountains in the middle of the night. My first notes are dated August 2022. It survived life changes and the death of my father. Then, in July 2024, I finished the draft that would become the first two books in the series.

Today, the first of those books is ready. It has been ready for some time, but I waited until today as it marks the third anniversary of my dad’s passing. He was my first supporter, having gifted me my first laptop when I turned fifteen so I could write in my room. Writing was my favorite (and truthfully only) hobby, and even after life got in the way, I kept coming back to it.

The Crystal Princess follows Elys, a hunter’s daughter who discovers she is the hidden heir of the Crystal Kingdom. When the king’s soldiers come looking for her, she is pulled into an inheritance of dragon power, royal blood, and a throne stolen from her family.

Then there is Nera, the royal guard sent to hunt her. Her own powers tie her to a childhood of abandonment and scientific experimentation.

Their story brings together crystal magic and a slow-burn sapphic romance. It begins with two women on opposite sides of a stolen throne, each with her own struggles, meeting in a plague-ridden world.

Thank you for following along and supporting me on this journey. This is only the first book of this trilogy, with the next one planned to release on April 17, 2027.
